A properly designed table can make a strong artistic
statement, as well as being a functional piece of furniture.
These styles, as well as others can be produced with many
different veneer's and solid woods to ensure a suitable match for the
home or personality they are made for.

Parquetry is the art of cutting and
assembling veneer's into a geometrical mosaic, using mathematics and symmetry. This
particular style is called a Louis cube, the table is modeled after
the French Provincial period. (Table: black walnut) (veneers used:
figured maple, African mahogany, and black walnut). |

Sample 2

These contemporary style tables, are
made with quilted birds eye maple veneer, solid maple edges, skirt,
and legs. The detail is a banding strip of black walnut in the top edge, around
the skirt and legs, as well as a spline through the corner to strengthen
the miter. |

These tables are the same as above,
with solid cherry edge's, legs and skirt.
